We teach science-based skills so that young adults—and the communities around them— can thrive.

Our Team

Why this work matters now

Life today is engineered to steal attention, not drive fulfillment. Infinite feeds, packed calendars, and an obsession with achievement take away from essential connections and purpose. Anxiety and loneliness are on the rise, academics and optimism are falling. For too many young people, life can seem meaningless.

Our diagnosis: The crisis isn’t an absence of meaning—it’s the wrong kind. Young people are absorbing cultural scripts (status, comparison, consumption) that pull us away from how humans actually thrive.

Reorientation replaces those scripts with evidence-based skills in connection and purpose, on a healthy foundation, so meaning lasts.

We partner with universities, families, and young adults to teach the skills that build meaningful lives—connection, purpose, and the foundations that make change last.
